2016 - The Beginning

Avironex was founded in Montreal in 2016, focusing on the export of surplus fashion inventory.

The company developed an international client network, primarily across Europe and Africa.

2020 – A Strategic Shift

The pandemic prompted Avironex to launch venteprive.ca, which went on to become Montreal’s leading flash-sale platform.

The program's success steadily transformed Avironex, enabling it to develop specialized expertise in ethnic marketing and community influencer marketing.

Today

We remain experts in fashion clearance.

venteprive.ca operates in Montreal, Ottawa, and Quebec City, and we plan to open several additional locations.

Through ocaz.ca, we are able to host sales for our partners on a consignment basis.

True to our commitment to fighting inflation, we produce premium-quality snowsuits at a fraction of the cost through our brand, Minot.
